  • 5 Carrots sliced into rounds
  • 750 g Leeks chopped
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 20 cl Thick sour cream
  • 300 g Shrimp

Using the sauté mode, brown the salmon fillets in butter. Set aside.

Finish with the broth.
