Ingredients

  • carrot

    1 small can Mushroom
  • cream
    1 small jar cream
  • lemon
    1 lemon
  • flour
    1 flour
  • white wine
    25 cl white wine
  • salt
    salt
  • pepper
    pepper
  • 1 kg veal stew
  • 1 unit chicken broth
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 unit vegetable broth

Instructions

Sear the meat in a little butter until the pieces are slightly browned.

Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour and stir well.

Add 2 or 3 glasses of water, the broth cubes, the wine, and stir. Add more water if necessary to cover.

Cut the carrots into rounds and thinly slice the onions, then add them to the meat along with the mushrooms.

Let simmer over very low heat for about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Add water as needed from time to time.

In a bowl, mix the fresh cream, egg yolk, and lemon juice thoroughly. Add this mixture at the last moment, stir well, and serve immediately.
