Add the chopped spring onions, chop.

Add the skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cornstarch, sesame oil, egg, and salt.

Thread 3 cooked meatballs onto each wooden skewer.

Prepare the sauce

Add the yakitori sauce to the bowl.
