Cuisine: Indian

Originating from Punjab, tandoori is a vibrant spice blend traditionally used to marinate meats and fish before cooking in the famous clay oven, the "tandoor." Its intense red-orange color and warm aromas have become iconic of Indian and Pakistani cuisine. In this recipe, the chicken is infused with the rich aromatic flavors of a homemade tandoori paste, prepared with the Thermomix for a perfect texture and well-balanced flavors.
