Ingredients

  • cherry
    375 g cherry
  • flour
    60 g flour
  • milk
    12 cl milk
  • salt
    1 pinch salt
  • powdered sugar
    powdered sugar
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cl kirsch liqueur

Instructions

Lightly butter and flour a cake pan.

Wash and pit the cherries, then arrange them at the bottom of the pan.

Preheat your oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).

Pour the flour into a mixing bowl and make a well to add the eggs, sugar, and salt.

Beat everything while gradually pouring in the milk until the batter is smooth.

Add the kirsch, mix well, then pour the batter over the cherries.

Bake in a hot oven for 40 to 50 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly at room temperature, then dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
