    120 g leek
  • olive oil
    30 g olive oil
  • white wine
    150 g white wine
  • water
    750 g water
  • salt
    1 pinch salt
  • pepper
    1 pinch pepper
  • 140 g potatoes
  • 340 g green asparagus
  • 80 g peeled pistachios
  • 80 g liquid fresh cream
  • 1 vegetable broth cube

Place 120 grams of leek, only the white part, cut into pieces, into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 2 sec/speed 5.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

  • 30 grammes Huile d'olive
  • 140 grammes Pommes de terre
  • 340 grammes Asperges vertes

Add the lid with the measuring cup.
