  • red lentils
    200 g red lentils
  • onion
    1 onion
  • garlic
    1 clove garlic
  • ginger
    2 cm ginger
  • coconut milk
    25 cl coconut milk
  • garam masala
    1 teaspoon garam masala
  • water
    500 ml water
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 25 cl tomato purée
  • ½ juice lime juice
  • ½ pinch salt, pepper

Prepare the ingredients

Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.

Pour the olive oil into the bowl. Select the 'browning' cooking mode. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Sauté for 3 minutes.
