Ingredients

  • endive
    4 endive
  • ham
    4 slice ham
  • Gruyère
    Gruyère
  • 300 g Paris mushrooms
  • 6 servings béchamel

Instructions

Remove damaged outer leaves from the endives and cut the core out with a sharp knife.

Wash them.

Cook them steam for 15 minutes, sprinkling with salt and pepper.

Wrap the endives in a slice of ham after draining them.

Place half a can of mushrooms at the bottom of a buttered gratin dish.

Arrange the endives wrapped in ham around the dish.

Sprinkle the remaining mushrooms on top.

Mix the grated Gruyère into the béchamel.

Don't forget to add grated nutmeg into the béchamel.

Pour the sauce over the endives.

Bake in the oven at 210°C for about 10 minutes.
