Chocolate Fondant with Thermomix

The authentic chocolate fondant is often rich in sugar, eggs, and chocolate, and generally contains little flour. Its dense and slightly sticky texture (the name "melting cake" comes from the fact that it melts on the palate when eaten) is achieved thanks to the slight caramelization of ingredients during baking, which characterizes it.
