Ingredients

  • puff pastry
    puff pastry
  • sugar
    100 g sugar
  • 140 g ground almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Place one puff pastry in a tart pan and prick the pastry with a fork.

In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, sugar, 2 eggs, and softened butter.

Place the prepared filling into the tart pan and hide the fève inside.

Cover with the second puff pastry, pressing the edges well together.

Draw patterns on the top and brush with the egg yolk.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7); check the baking regularly!
