Place 50 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 120 grams of white bread cut into small pieces into the Thermomix bowl.

Attach the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 1 minute 20 seconds / Speed Spoon.

Add 2 tablespoons of Xérès vinegar into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar into the Thermomix bowl.

Attach the lid with the measuring cup.

Add the yellow onion sliced into strips into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1000 grams of diced tomatoes into the Thermomix bowl.
