Far from traditional sweet waffles, the savory version has been making its way onto our plates with creativity for a few years. Among them, zucchini waffles charm with their lightness and sunny green touch. Deliciously crispy on the outside and tender inside, they combine indulgent pleasure with a clever way to incorporate vegetables into everyday meals.
