Ingredients

    1 clove garlic
  • parsley
    4 tablespoon parsley
  • pepper

  • 265 g chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 12 pieces black olives

Instructions

Blend the chickpeas with olive oil and lemon juice.

Mix well, season, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. If the mixture lacks creaminess, gradually incorporate more olive oil.

Peel and press the garlic. Add it to the purée and chill everything.

Serve as an appetizer with black olives, tomato slices, or cucumber, or as a side with grilled beef or pork skewers.
