Ingredients

  • flour
    300 g flour
  • sugar
    3 tbsp sugar
  • butter
    50 g butter
  • milk
    60 cl milk
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 cl rum

Instructions

Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.

Add the whole eggs, sugar, oil, and melted butter into the well.

Gently mix with a whisk, gradually adding the milk until the batter is slightly thickened to a liquid consistency.

Add rum for flavor.

Heat a non-stick skillet and lightly oil it using a paper towel. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, spread it out, and cook until the bottom is golden before flipping. Cook all the crepes over low heat. Expect about 2 minutes per crepe: 1 minute 30 seconds for the first side, 30 seconds for the second side, just enough to create 'leopard spots'.
