    250 grams cheddar
  • bread
    1 slice bread
  • mustard
    1 teaspoon mustard
  • Tabasco

K

Instructions

Spread the mustard on the bread then gratinate in the oven.

Grate the cheddar.

Heat a skillet with the beer over medium heat (maximum thermostat 3-4).

Once the beer is hot, add the grated cheddar in several batches, stirring continuously.

Place the mustard-topped bread slice in a ramekin-type dish, and put the ham on top.

Once the cheese has melted, pour it over the toast and ham.

Bake in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes to lightly gratinate.

Cook the egg sunny side up and place it on the Welsh once out of the oven.

All that’s left is to enjoy! You can add a little Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce on the cheese as seasoning.
