    1000 ml mussels
  • chorizo
    1 chorizo
  • bell pepper
    2 bell pepper
  • tomato
    1000 g tomato
  • onion
    2 onion
  • saffron
    3 doses saffron
  • olive oil
    5 tbsp olive oil

  • 1000 g chicken fillet
  • 15 shrimp
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 L chicken broth

Instructions

Cut the chicken, clean the mussels, slice the chorizo and peppers, peel and crush the tomatoes, chop the onions and garlic.

Pour the oil into the dish and brown the chicken pieces. Add the squid, onions while stirring, then add the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, saffron, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring before adding the rice, chorizo, and broth.

Submerge the shrimp and mussels, bring to a boil, then cook for about 30-35 minutes.
