Ingredients

  • flour
    750 g flour
  • salt
    1 tbsp salt
  • water
    50 cl water
  • milk
    10 cl milk
  • 1 tbsp dry baker's yeast
  • 1 tbsp creamy honey

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F) in fan oven mode.

Mix the water, milk, and honey and warm slightly in a saucepan or microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt, then add the yeast.

Pour the liquid mixture over and quickly mix until a smooth dough forms.

Sprinkle a little flour, cover with a warm damp cloth, and let rest for at least 1 hour 30 minutes.

Uncover the dough, shape into rolls, place on a baking rack, and dust with flour.

Bake for 25 minutes in a hot oven, with a small bowl of water.
