Ingredients

  • flour
    350 g flour
  • salt
    2 tsp salt
  • olive oil
    3 tbsp olive oil
  • water
    25 cl water
  • 1 packet baking yeast

Instructions

Place 350 g of flour in a large mixing bowl, then add the salt, baking yeast, and olive oil successively.

Gradually pour in the warm water while mixing with a wooden spoon.

Stir thoroughly until a dough forms that detaches from the sides of the bowl.

Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covering the bowl with a cloth in a warm place.

After resting, sprinkle flour on your work surface and place the pizza dough on it.

Knead the dough as you would for bread.

Shape your pizza to fit the size of your baking sheet, ideally by placing the dough on parchment paper.

Top your pizza with your favorite ingredients or leftovers from the fridge.
