Thermomix Instructions

Place 350 grams of sliced leeks into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 30 grams of semi-salted butter into the Thermomix bowl.

Attach the lid with the measuring cup.

Cook 10 min / 120°C / speed 1.

Add 400 grams of broccoli florets, and you can use the stalk as well, but it must be peeled beforehand in the Thermomix bowl.

Attach the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 10 sec / speed 4.

Add another 400 grams of broccoli florets into the Thermomix bowl.

Attach the lid with the measuring cup.

Cook 15 min / 100°C / speed 3.
