Ingredients

  • water
    350 g water
  • endive
    3 endive
  • gorgonzola
    120 g gorgonzola
  • salt
    2 pinch salt
  • pepper
    2 pinch pepper
  • puff pastry
    1 puff pastry
  • 200 g smoked bacon lardons
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g semi-skimmed milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Thermomix Instructions

Place 350 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the Varoma.

Place 3 endives sliced into 2 cm thick rounds into the Varoma, inside the Thermomix bowl.

Cook 15 min / Varoma / speed 1.

Rinse and dry the Thermomix bowl.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place 200 grams of smoked bacon lardons into the Thermomix bowl.

Cook 5 min / 100°C / speed 1.

Drain and transfer to a container.

Add to the bowl10–15

  • grammes Gorgonzola
  • 3 Oeufs
  • 100 grammes Lait demi-écrémé
  • 100 grammes Crème fleurette
  • 2 pincées Sel
  • 2 pincées Poivre

Mix 15 sec / speed 4.

Add to the bowl17–19

  • 1 Pâte feuilletée
  • grammes Lardons fumés
  • grammes Gorgonzola

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Adjust the time by ±5 minutes depending on your oven and the desired browning of the quiche.
