Ingredients

  • milk
    50 cl milk
  • vanilla bean
    ½ clove vanilla bean
  • 120 g round rice
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 20 cl light liquid fresh cream
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum/orange blossom/...

Cookeo Instructions

Add ingredients

Pour the milk, rice, sugar, and vanilla sugar into the bowl. Split the vanilla bean, scrape out the seeds, and add them to the bowl with the pod. Add the rum or orange blossom water.

Pressure cooking

Stir everything well with a wooden spoon, then start the pressure cooking mode for 12 minutes.

Mix and cool down

Remove the bowl from the Cookeo and mix well. Remove the vanilla pod and let it cool for 5 minutes. Add the cream and stir.

Distribute into ramekins

Divide the mixture into ramekins.

Cool or serve warm

If you want it warm, let it cool for 5 more minutes. If you prefer it cold, place it in the fridge for a few hours.
