  • water
    500 g water
  • lemon juice
    2 tbsp lemon juice
  • olive oil
    50 g olive oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Canned tuna in olive oil
  • 30 g Capers
  • 6 Anchovy fillets
  • 100 g Vegetable broth

Thermomix Instructions

Place 500 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the steaming basket.

Add 3 eggs into the Thermomix bowl.

Cover with the lid and insert the measuring cup.

  • 200 grammes Thon en conserve à l'huile d'olive
  • 100 grammes Bouillon de légumes
  • Oeufs
  • 2 cuillères à soupe Jus de citron
  • 30 grammes Câpres
  • 6 Filets d'anchois
