Ingredients

  • lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g red fruits
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar

Thermomix Instructions

Add to the bowl1–2

  • 70 grammes Sucre en poudre
  • 1 sachet Sucre vanillé

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Pulse 10 sec/speed 10.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Add 500 grams of frozen red fruits into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 egg white into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (adjust to taste) into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid without the measuring cup.

Mix 1 min/speed 8, helping with the Thermomix spatula.

Add the whisk attachment.
