Ingredients

  • onion
    80 g onion
  • leek
    50 g leek
  • fennel
    30 g fennel
  • olive oil
    20 g olive oil
  • tomato
    300 g tomato
  • salt
    1 tsp salt
  • water
    400 g water
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 700 g fish fillets
  • 2 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 2 doses ground saffron

Thermomix Instructions

Place 80 grams of quartered onions into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 50 grams of leek (only the white part) into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 30 grams of fennel into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 20 grams of olive oil into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 4 garlic cloves into the Thermomix bowl.

Cover with the lid and insert the measuring cup.

Blend for 6 seconds at speed 5.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Replace the lid with the measuring cup.

Cook for 10 minutes at 90°C on speed 2.

Add 300 grams of chopped tomatoes into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 50 grams of tomato paste into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of coarse salt into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 700 grams of fish fillets into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 2 pinches of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste) into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 400 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Cover with the lid and insert the measuring cup.

Cook for 25 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

Add 2 doses of ground saffron into the Thermomix bowl.

Cover with the lid and insert the measuring cup.

Blend for 2 minutes at speed 5, gradually increasing the speed.
