  • broccoli
    300 g broccoli
  • carrot
    150 g carrot
  • shallot
    150 g shallot
  • olive oil
    40 g olive oil
  • salt
    1 tsp salt
  • pepper
    2 pinch pepper
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 4 eggs

Thermomix Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Place 300 grams of washed and chopped broccoli into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 6 sec / speed 4.

Transfer to the steaming basket and set aside.

Add to the bowl6–8

  • 150 grammes Carottes
  • 150 grammes Échalotes
  • 40 grammes Huile d'olive

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 4 sec / speed 5.

Add the steaming basket.

Cook 12 min / 120°C / speed 1.

Remove the steaming basket.

Add to the bowl15–18

  • 200 grammes Crème fleurette
  • 40 grammes Flocons d'avoine
  • 1 cuillère à café Sel
  • 2 pincées Poivre

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 5 sec / speed 3.

Add 4 eggs into the Thermomix bowl.

Mix 10 sec / speed 3.

Add the broccoli and fold with a spatula.

Pour into a terrine or a loaf pan lined with parchment paper (see tips).

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 170°C.

Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.

Serve immediately or cold.
