Thermomix Instructions

Place 50 grams of onion into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 garlic clove into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 5 sec / speed 5.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Add 20 grams of olive oil into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid without the measuring cup.

Cook 5 min / 100°C / speed 2.

Add 270 grams of chopped carrots into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 155 grams of chopped turnips into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 170 grams of chopped leeks into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 60 grams of chopped celery stalk into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 90 grams of chopped potatoes into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 chicken broth cube into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 pinch of salt (adjust to taste) into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 2 pinches of pepper (adjust to taste) into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 pinch of Espelette pepper (adjust to taste) into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 800 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.
