    20 g olive oil
  • carrot
    270 g carrot
  • turnip
    155 g turnip
  • leek
    170 g leek
  • salt
    1 pinch salt

    800 g water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 60 g celery stalk
  • 90 g potatoes
  • 100 g liquid fresh cream
  • 1 chicken broth cube
  • 1 pinch Espelette pepper

Thermomix Instructions

Add to the bowl1–2

  • 50 grammes Oignons
  • 1 Gousse d'ail

Attach the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 5 sec / speed 5.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Add 20 grams of olive oil into the Thermomix bowl.

Attach the lid without the measuring cup.

Cook 5 min / 100°C / speed 2.

  • 155 grammes Navets
  • 170 grammes Poireaux
  • 60 grammes Céleri branche
  • 90 grammes Pommes de terre
  • 1 Cube de bouillon de volaille
  • 1 pincée Sel
  • 2 pincées Poivre
  • 1 pincée Piment d'espelette
  • 800 grammes Eau

Blend 1 min / speed 4, gradually increasing the speed.
