A delicious pumpkin velouté made with Thermomix. Pumpkin is a vegetable native to South America that is naturally rich in beta-carotene. It is recommended for cancer prevention and cardiovascular health. Consuming 150 to 200 grams covers the entire daily requirement of provitamin A (important for teenagers, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women, as their provitamin A needs are the highest).
