Ingredients

  • olive oil
    1 tbsp olive oil
  • water
    400 g water
  • thick cream
    50 g thick cream
  • curry powder
    1 tbsp curry powder
  • salt
    ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
    2 pinch pepper
  • 1 Yellow onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 800 g Pumpkin
  • 1 Vegetable broth cube

Place 1 washed yellow onion cut in half into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 garlic clove into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 5 sec / speed 5.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Cook 1 min / 100°C / spoon speed.

Add 800 grams of peeled, deseeded, and chopped pumpkin into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 400 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 vegetable broth cube into the Thermomix bowl.
