Ingredients

  • strawberry
    1 kg strawberry
  • sugar
    1 kg sugar
  • lemon
    1 unit lemon
  • jam jar

Instructions

Squeeze the lemon. Wash and dry the strawberries.

Put the strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar into a saucepan and place over heat, stirring occasionally.

As soon as the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and let simmer for 1 hour and a half on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Once finished, stir the jam for 1 to 2 minutes, then transfer into jars.
