Ingredients

  • salt
    tsp salt
  • basmati rice
    300 g basmati rice
  • zucchini
    200 g zucchini
  • onion
    160 g onion
  • sesame oil
    30 g sesame oil
  • coconut milk
    400 g coconut milk
  • pepper
    2 pinch pepper
  • coriander
    20 leaf coriander
  • 600 g turkey cutlets
  • 100 g red bell peppers
  • 60 g green bell peppers
  • 60 g yellow bell peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • tbsp Massalé

Thermomix Instructions

Add to the bowl1–2

  • grammes Eau
  • cuillères à café Sel

Insert the steaming basket.

Add 300 grams of basmati rice into the steaming basket in the Thermomix bowl.

Place the Varoma.

Add to the bowl6–10

  • 600 grammes Escalopes de dinde
  • 100 grammes Poivrons rouges
  • 60 grammes Poivrons verts
  • 60 grammes Poivrons jaunes
  • 200 grammes Courgettes

Cook for 20 minutes / Varoma / speed 4.

Remove the Varoma.

Remove the steaming basket.

Set aside.

Add to the bowl15–17

  • grammes Eau
  • 160 grammes Oignons
  • 2 Gousses d'ail

Cover with the lid and insert the measuring cup.

Blend for 5 seconds / speed 5.

Add 30 grams of sesame oil into the Thermomix bowl.

Cover with the lid and measuring cup.

Sauté for 3 minutes / 120°C / speed 1.

Add the turkey pieces.

Add to the bowl24–29

  • 1.5 cuillères à soupe Massalé
  • 400 grammes Lait de coco
  • 30 grammes Concentré de tomates
  • 1 cuillère à soupe Miel liquide
  • cuillères à café Sel
  • 2 pincées Poivre

Cover with the lid and measuring cup.

Cook for 10 minutes / 95°C / spoon speed.

Serve the turkey with the massalé sauce, accompanied by rice and vegetables.
