Thermomix recipes: convert any recipe for your TM6 / TM7
Found a recipe that was never written for a Thermomix? CookAdapt rewrites it as Thermomix steps, with the speed, temperature and time for each one, matched to your model.
How the Thermomix conversion works
Each step comes out in Thermomix terms: what goes in the bowl, then the speed, temperature and time to set, plus the mode (chop, knead, sauté, steam…) when one applies. Prep you can’t do in the bowl stays as a plain manual step.
Steps respect your model. Manual steps go up to 120°C on the TM5 and TM6 and up to 160°C on the TM7. Slow cooking, sous-vide and fermentation are only used on the TM6 and TM7.
Hot-contents rules are built in: no Turbo and gentler speeds once the bowl is hot, and the simmering basket instead of the measuring cup for near-boiling steps.
What you can convert
Start from wherever you found the recipe. CookAdapt reads it, lists the ingredients and rewrites the method for your Thermomix.
You can also change the number of servings and apply diet goals such as high-protein, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.

Discover this delicious rustic potato soup to prepare with Thermomix! Comforting and easy to make, it combines the sweetness of potatoes with the richness of various vegetables, all enhanced by sausages and bacon. Thick and creamy, this broccoli and leek soup made with Thermomix is perfect to have on hand ready for dinner or a snack on a cold day. Chicken with Boursin in Thermomix
by CookAdapt
This chicken with Boursin is a classic weeknight dinner in France since the 1990s, when everyone bought the small round box from the refrigerated section and looked for a quick sauce recipe for chicken without overthinking.

Chard and Leek Quiche with Thermomix
by CookAdapt
This quiche with chard, leeks, ricotta, and Parmesan is one of those simple and generous recipes that feel good. It highlights fresh seasonal vegetables with distinctly Italian flavors. The leeks become tender and add a natural sweetness, the chard retains its delicate vegetable flavor, and the ricotta provides creaminess that binds everything perfectly. The Parmesan, with its pronounced character, enhances the overall flavor and adds a savory touch.

Seafood Quiche with Thermomix
by CookAdapt
I love seafood quiches, but I must admit they often leave me a little hungry. Too often, they are rather bland, with a filling that lacks depth and personality. So, starting from a very simple basic recipe, I wanted to give it my own twist to make it truly flavorful and balanced.

Tabbouleh with Thermomix
by CookAdapt
Summer, for us, is all about tabbouleh or nothing. Super fresh, lemony, full of fragrant herbs, and filling without being heavy. We make a big bowl on the weekend, and then nibble on it all week: with grilled meats, falafel, or just like that when we're feeling lazy. The Thermomix changed everything: no more spending 30 minutes chopping parsley by hand (my fingers used to reek of herbs for ages before). Just a few seconds and it's perfect, no green purée needed.

Rice Pudding with Thermomix
by CookAdapt
Rice pudding is that little dessert that smells strongly of childhood. You know, the one that takes you straight back to rainy afternoons at grandma's house, with the vanilla aroma filling the entire home and a slightly crispy skin on top if cooked gently. In France, it’s everywhere as THE comforting dish, the kind of madeleine of Proust in spoon version: often talked about as a grandmother’s dish filled with love and simple memories.

Shortcrust Pastry with Thermomix
by CookAdapt
Shortcrust pastry is a base dough used for both savory and sweet tarts. It is characterized by its smooth and crisp texture, achieved thanks to the gluten and starch contained in wheat flour. We recommend using soft butter that is not fully melted, and if the filling is neither liquid nor soft, it is possible to prick the entire base of the dough with a fork to create a sieve that allows air to pass through.

Thermomix Pizza Dough
by CookAdapt
One of the secrets to having a good pizza is to start with a good pizza dough. This Thermomix pizza dough is so delicious that you'll never want to use another recipe! Regarding the flour, type 0 or 00 is Italian; it has a baking quality far superior to French flour. Type 00 flour is more refined than type 0. This ingredient is a must-have for professionals to make light and crispy pizza dough.

Fish Soup with Thermomix
by CookAdapt
Authentic Provençal fish soup is a classic dish, distinguished from bouillabaisse and bourride, as well as traditional popular soups made with fish and sometimes mixed with crustaceans and shellfish in varying proportions. Here, I present the popular fish-based soup.
