You are all familiar with the chocolate-coated crispy rice treats, those delightful nostalgic bites (recipe available here). Here is a version with white chocolate, coconut, and almonds (reminiscent of the famous Raffaello pralines*), a little indulgence that will beautifully adorn your holiday table or make an ideal last-minute gourmet gift.

Ingredients

  • butter
    50 g butter
  • 380 g white chocolate
  • 60 g sliced almonds
  • 60 g cornflakes
  • 100 g grated coconut

Thermomix Instructions

Add to the bowl1–2

  • 380 g Chocolat blanc
  • 50 g Beurre

Melt the chocolate

Heat the chocolate and butter together.

Scrape the sides

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula to mix well.

Add to the bowl5–7

  • 60 g Amandes effilées
  • 60 g Corn flakes
  • 100 g Noix de coco rapée

Mix the ingredients

Mix all the ingredients together.

Form the rochers

Form small mounds with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in mini muffin molds.

Chill

Refrigerate before serving.
