Ingredients

  • 200 g canned tuna
  • 4 anchovy fillets

  • basil leaf
  • 8 radish
  • 4 purple artichokes in oil

Instructions

To make the Niçoise salad, gather all the ingredients.

Hard-boil the eggs (6 to 8 minutes after boiling the water), then cool them thoroughly in cold water.

Chop the scallions and place them at the bottom of the dish.

Add the green beans, green pepper, radishes, and tuna. Mix roughly with salt and pepper.

Slice the tomatoes into rounds and add them along with the artichokes. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into quarters and arrange on top with the anchovies, olives, and basil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and wine vinegar.

Chill for 1 hour and mix the salad well just before serving.
