Ingredients

  • turmeric

  • curry powder

  • 500 g turkey thighs
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 50 g tomato paste

Thermomix Instructions

Place 0.5 teaspoon of crushed chili peppers into a container in the Thermomix bowl.

Add 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric into a container in the Thermomix bowl.

Add 3 teaspoons of curry powder into a container in the Thermomix bowl.

Add 0.25 teaspoon of pepper into a container in the Thermomix bowl.

Mix and set aside.

Place 500 grams of skinless, boneless turkey thighs cut into 3 cm pieces into a container in the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice into a container in the Thermomix bowl.

Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt into a container in the Thermomix bowl.

Add half of the reserved spices and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Place 1 peeled garlic clove into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 10 grams of peeled ginger into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 3 seconds at speed 8.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Add 1 cinnamon stick into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 2 cloves into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 20 grams of sunflower oil into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 5 kaffir lime leaves into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 125 grams of peeled, julienned onions into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Sauté 4 minutes at 120°C, speed Spoon.
