Ingredients

    2 onion
  • ginger
    1 teaspoons ginger
  • paprika
    1 teaspoons paprika
  • 500 g Chicken fillets
  • 50 cl Chicken broth
  • 200 g Sweet potatoes
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 70 g Tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons Peanut butter
  • Salt and pepper

Prepare the vegetables

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds. Grate the ginger. Cut the chicken into pieces. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel and deseed the garlic cloves.

Sauté the onion

Put oil into the bowl and sauté the chopped onion and pressed garlic. Add the chicken and let it brown.

Add the ginger, paprika, salt, pepper, tomato paste, broth, carrots, and sweet potatoes. Start the pressure cooking.
