Ingredients

  • water
    70 cl water
  • soy sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
  • sugar
    1 tsp sugar
  • sunflower oil
    2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 125 g jasmine rice
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 150 g frozen grey shrimp
  • 2 Paris mushrooms
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 3 green onions
  • ½ bouillon cube
  • 1 tbsp fish-based spring roll sauce

Instructions

Cook the rice in water as indicated on the package (about 11 minutes).

Wash and slice the onions into rings and the mushrooms into strips.

Heat the oil in a wok and add the onions, shrimp, mushrooms, ham, and peas.

Sprinkle with sugar and sauté until lightly browned.

Add the rice, soy sauce, and Nuoc Nam, then mix. Keep warm.

Beat the egg and cook it as an omelette in a small pan.

Roll up the omelette and cut into thin strips.

Add to the rice, mix, and serve.
