  • butter
    30 g butter
  • fresh cream
    20 cl fresh cream
  • milk
    20 cl milk
  • nutmeg
    nutmeg
  • salt

  • 200 g bacon lardons
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 6). Roll out the pastry into a tart pan,

Sauté the bacon lardons in a skillet, then drain them with a paper towel.

Beat the eggs, fresh cream, and milk together.

Add the bacon lardons.

Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Pour the mixture over the pastry.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
