  • 6 ripe tomatoes

Instructions

Boil the sausages for 10 minutes.

Chop the onions and chili peppers, cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Remove the sausages from the water, slice them into rounds, and fry them in very little oil.

Then add the onions, mix well, then the tomatoes and chili peppers. Let simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Do not add water.
