  • Mushroom
    400 g Mushroom
  • onion
    1 onion
  • cream
    40 cl cream
  • nutmeg
    nutmeg
  • Tabasco
    Tabasco
  • vegetable oil
    vegetable oil
  • salt

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 20 cl spicy ketchup
  • 10 cl steak or Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 whiskey or cognac
  • black pepper
  • 1 vegetable or chicken broth cube

Instructions

Prepare the mixture of fresh cream, spicy ketchup, steak sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and refrigerate.

Cut the meat into small cubes and the onion into strips.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, add the garlic, onion, and broth cube, then stir until the onion is browned.

Add the mushrooms and cook down, then add the meat and sauté. Season with black pepper and nutmeg.

Add the whiskey or cognac and optionally flambé.

Incorporate the fresh cream mixture over the meat until the sauce is well absorbed and has a creamy consistency, then turn off the heat and serve with white rice.
