Ingredients

  • flour
    200 g flour
  • sugar
    150 g sugar
  • milk
    75 cl milk
  • prune
    20 prune
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkg vanilla sugar

Instructions

Mix the flour, milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar.

Let rest for one hour.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt a piece of butter in a dish (preferably earthenware), then evenly distribute the fat in the bottom and along the sides. Pour the batter into the dish.

Roll the prunes in the flour so they don’t sink to the bottom.

Bake for half an hour at 200°C. Then turn off the oven and leave for another half hour.

Do not open the oven door for one hour after placing the dish inside.
