Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150°C (thermostat 5).

Peel and slice the potatoes into rounds.

Pour cream into the bottom of a gratin dish.

Layer potatoes, cream, garlic, salt, and pepper alternately.

Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Finish by pouring more cream and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Bake for at least one hour.
