Ingredients

  • cream
    50 cl cream
  • salt
    1 pinch salt
  • pepper
    pepper
  • onion
    1 onion
  • 500 g pasta
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 g bacon bits

Instructions

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water.

Slice the onions and sauté them in a pan. Once they are nicely golden, add the bacon bits.

In a bowl, prepare the fresh cream, egg yolks, salt, pepper, and mix well.

Remove the bacon bits from the heat once they are golden and add them to the cream mixture.

Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and stir in the cream mixture. Return to the heat if the dish has cooled.
