Place 20 sprigs of fresh parsley (only the leaves) into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 3 sec/speed 8.

Transfer to a container and set aside.

Place 25 grams of celery stalk into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 peeled shallot cut into pieces into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 200 grams of peeled and chopped carrots into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 80 grams of leek (only the white part) cut into pieces into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 5 sec/speed 5.
