The term blanquette comes from the fact that the sauce covering the stew is white. All white meats (turkey, chicken, rabbit, pork), as well as lamb, can be prepared "en blanquette" although veal blanquette remains the classic. Place 2 peeled and chopped shallots into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 5 sec/speed 5.

Add 3 peeled and sliced carrots into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 5 sec/speed 4.

Add 20 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Transfer to a container and set aside.

Add the butterfly whisk.

Place 40 grams of flour into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 360 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 100 grams of white wine into the Thermomix bowl.

Add 40 grams of butter cut into pieces into the Thermomix bowl.
