Ingredients

  • milk
    25 cl milk
  • sugar
    200 g sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 40 cl liquid cream

Instructions

Bring the milk to a boil, then add the cream and sugar off the heat. Add the egg yolks, then gently heat without boiling.

Place in the oven in a water bath and cook gently at about 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.

Allow to cool, then sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize with a small kitchen torch.
