    60 g butter
  • flour
    250 g flour
  • orange blossom water
    1 tsp orange blossom water
  • salt
    1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Heat the butter

Add the butter to the mixing bowl.

Add the flour

Add the flour, orange blossom water, milk, salt, eggs, and vanilla sugar.

Knead the dough

Knead the dough until a smooth, homogeneous texture is achieved.

Transfer and rest

Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.

Fry the oreillettes
