Ingredients

  • zucchini
    2 zucchini
  • onion
    2 onion
  • carrot
    1 carrot
  • thyme
    thyme
  • ½ white cabbage
  • 1 red bell peppers
  • 2 chicken broth
  • 1 celery stalks
  • 1 bay leaves

Instructions

Wash and peel the vegetables, cut them into pieces, and place them in a pot with olive oil.

Sauté the vegetables over medium heat for 600 seconds, stirring often.

Add 2 to 2.5 liters of water, the bay leaf, thyme, and the broth cubes.

Close the pot and cook for 20 minutes starting from the whistling of the valve.

Blend the vegetables once cooking is finished.
