  • 200 g white Paris mushrooms
  • 60 g rice vermicelli
  • 1 chicken broth cube

  • 15 grammes Gingembre
  • 1 Gousse d'ail
  • 1 cuillère à café Graine de coriandre
  • 8 brins Coriandre fraîche
