Cuisine: MediterraneanSummer, for us, is all about tabbouleh or nothing. Super fresh, lemony, full of fragrant herbs, and filling without being heavy. We make a big bowl on the weekend, and then nibble from it all week: with grilled meats, falafel, or just like that when we're feeling lazy. The Thermomix changed everything: no more spending 30 minutes chopping parsley by hand (my fingers used to reek of herbs for ages before). Just a few seconds and it's perfect, no green purée needed.
