Place 350 grams of red wine in a bowl inside the Thermomix bowl.

Place 800 grams of beef cut into cubes (5cm sides) in a bowl inside the Thermomix bowl.

Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap.

Place 150 grams of peeled and halved onions in the Thermomix bowl.

Add 1 garlic clove to the Thermomix bowl.

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 5 sec / speed 5.

Add 150 grams of chopped smoked bacon to the Thermomix bowl.
