Here I offer you a new recipe for yogurt brioche, very simple to make with Thermomix. This brioche is soft, lightly flavored with vanilla, and perfect for breakfast served with jam or spreadable paste 😋

Ingredients

  • milk
    60 g milk
  • Vanilla bean
    1 Vanilla bean
  • salt
    2 pinch salt
  • butter
    40 g butter
  • 10 g fresh baker's yeast
  • 330 g T45 flour
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 125 g Vanilla yogurt
  • 2 egg

Add to the bowl1–2

  • 10 grammes Levure de boulanger fraîche
  • 60 grammes Lait entier

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Heat 2 min / 37°C / speed 2.

  • 330 grammes Farine T45
  • 60 grammes Sucre en poudre
  • 1 Gousse de vanille
  • 2 pincées Sel
  • 125 grammes Yaourts à la vanille
  • Oeuf

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Mix 5 min / speed knead.

Add 40 grams of butter cut into small pieces into the Thermomix bowl.

The dough should be elastic and form a nice ball.

Transfer to a bowl covered with a cloth and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour 30 minutes.

The dough should double in size; extend the rising time if necessary.

Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface, deflate it, then divide into 6 to 8 portions, and place them in a buttered mold.

Cover with a cloth and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C.

Cover the brioche with parchment paper during baking if it colors too quickly. Adjust baking time according to your oven's functionality.

Unmold the brioche (be careful, it is fragile) onto a wire rack and let cool before enjoying.
